Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: January 1, 2026

Jurispruve, Inc. ("Jurispruve," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at jurispruve.com (the "Site") and the Jurispruve platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our Site, submit information through our forms, or use our Platform.

Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site or Platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you complete our interest or notification form, we collect your name, work email address, organization, role, and any comments you voluntarily submit. If you engage with us directly by email or otherwise, we collect the contents of that communication.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is collected through standard server logs and, where applicable, cookies or similar technologies.

Evidence and case files (Platform users only). If you submit digital files for forensic analysis through our Platform, we collect and process those files solely for the purpose of performing the requested authentication services. We treat such materials as confidential and do not use them for any other purpose.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to serve you third-party advertising.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We may engage third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site or Platform (such as email delivery services, cloud hosting providers, and analytics tools). These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only on our behalf and in accordance with this policy.

Forensic experts. If you submit files for authentication, we will share those files — and relevant case context you provide — with the credentialed forensic examiner assigned to co-sign your report. Such experts are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jurispruve, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If Jurispruve is acquired, merges with another entity, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the email address on file prior to any such transfer.

4. Data Retention

We retain notification sign-up information for as long as you remain on our mailing list or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Evidence files submitted for forensic analysis are retained for the period necessary to complete the engagement and deliver the report, after which they are securely deleted unless you request otherwise or we are required by law to retain them longer.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at privacy@jurispruve.com. You may also unsubscribe from notification emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, and we do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Evidence files submitted through the Platform are encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and Platform are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the Site or Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
