These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at jurispruve.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Jurispruve, Inc. ("Jurispruve," "we," "us," or "our"), including our digital evidence authentication platform (the "Platform"). By accessing the Site or Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Platform.
The Site and Platform are intended for use by legal professionals, law firms, corporate legal departments, forensic experts, and other qualified individuals and entities. By using the Site or Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Jurispruve provides technology-enabled forensic authentication services. Our Platform facilitates the analysis of digital evidence and the generation of forensic reports co-signed by accredited expert examiners.
Jurispruve is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the Site or Platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Jurispruve by virtue of your use of the Site or Platform. Forensic reports generated through the Platform are prepared for evidentiary purposes and are not legal opinions.
You are solely responsible for determining how to use any report or output in connection with legal proceedings and for ensuring compliance with applicable rules of evidence and court procedures in your jurisdiction.
By submitting your information through our interest or notification form, you consent to receive communications from Jurispruve about our Platform, launch updates, and related developments. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us directly.
We understand that files submitted for forensic analysis may be sensitive, privileged, or confidential. We treat all submitted materials as confidential and will not disclose them except as necessary to perform the requested services (including to the assigned forensic examiner), as required by law, or as otherwise set forth in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to submit the materials you provide to us and that doing so does not violate any applicable law, court order, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right.
Forensic reports produced through the Platform represent the professional judgment of the assigned examiner based on the materials submitted and the methodologies applied at the time of analysis. Jurispruve does not guarantee that any report will be deemed admissible in any particular proceeding, that any court will accept the conclusions therein, or that the report will be free from challenge by opposing experts.
The field of digital forensics and AI-generated media detection is evolving rapidly. Methods that are current and peer-reviewed today may be superseded. Jurispruve will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the methodologies applied by its expert network reflect accepted professional standards, but makes no warranty as to future admissibility standards or judicial acceptance.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Jurispruve name and mark — is the property of Jurispruve, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.
Forensic reports generated through the Platform are provided to you for your use in connection with the matter for which they were prepared. You retain ownership of the evidence files you submit. You grant Jurispruve and its authorized expert examiners a limited license to access and process submitted files solely for the purpose of performing the requested authentication services.
